  The durability of the saw blade part is improved by performing surface heat treatment by generating high heat at the tip of the saw blade in a short time.

  After heat treatment, the hardness of the saw blade has been changed from H.R.C 50 to H.R.C. It has a hardness of about 76, indicating at least three times the durability.

Impuls-H2000 Machine

It is the latest model of IMPULS in Germany, and it is a model with improved wear resistance that obtains a higher hardness of HV1000 ~ 1050 after heat treatment by cooling using -20° rapid device instead of the existing natural cooling method.
